Is the founding and Managing Director of ANDIKA, established in February 2006. Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bond University, majoring in Marketing and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Southern Queensland, majoring in Geology.
Author of the book, Options Made Easy. Published by Zeus Publications 2002 ISBN 1 920699 201.
Author and presenter of the Options Made Easy (OME) home study DVD education kit. OME is a four and half hour DVD program that provides comprehensive education about options and fundamental/technical analysis.

Having commenced his career with the ANZ Securities in 1996, Andy progressed to the position of Senior Private Client Adviser for one of Australia’s largest Trading Houses. Andy has built a successful career as one of Gold Coast’s best known financial advisors and previously Andy was an Equity Holder at one of Australia’s most prominent Stockbroking firms.

Is a founding member of ANDIKA, and currently occupies the role of Securities and Derivatives Adviser to both retail and wholesale clients. Monique specializes in Derivatives (Options) and Self Managed Super Funds.
Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auckland University, and a Diploma of Financial Services from FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia). Monique is also currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment with FINSIA, majoring in Derivatives/Options. Monique was awarded the Bank of Queensland Prize in 2007 for achieving first place in Queensland in her Diploma of Financial Services.
Monique is ASIC RG146 compliant in the following fields: Securities, Derivatives, Insurance, Superannuation, and Financial Planning. She is also an Associate Member (A Fin) of FINSIA, and an active options trader with over 14 years professional experience.
Prior to commencing her role with ANDIKA in February 2006 , Monique spent the previous 13 years working in both professional and managerial capacities within the fields of administration and sales in both the recruitment and pharmaceutical industries in NSW and QLD.
